Jake Boyer, the son of our very own Supervisor Rick Boyer, has been with Winchester for 8 years. He began his tenure with the company as a laborer/ carpenters apprentice.  After 4 years of field experience, lastly as a carpenter and 4 years as an assistant project manager, he is now our newest project manager. He proved himself a tremendously competent assistant project manager, and he will carry his success with him as he strives to manage projects independently.

Favorite part of the job?   "The part I enjoy most is the opportunity to see the homeowner enjoying the finished space. We were contracted to build a basement addition to house a unique and large salt water aquarium tank. As soon as we finished, the homeowner's son had his sleeping bag all set up right next to it because he was so excited. It's a great feeling to see something like that after a job. It is our end goal to have every client love and use the finished spaces for years to come."

Why Winchester?   "While I have not had much experience outside Winchester, I have seen enough to know we are more transparent than our competition. At any point, even retroactively, a client can see what we did down to the hour of each day, why we did it, who worked on it, and how long it took them. We are that way for every step of the process."

Hobbies: While Jake's first priority is time with family, Jake is a foodie and enjoys cooking as well as hugely into music. He is also a Pittsburgh fanatic and enjoys watching games with friends & family.
